    2.2 Walk-in customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis.

    2.3 Orders placed online, by phone, or through delivery platforms are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we deem it necessary.

    5.2 KipGrill is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as traffic, weather conditions, or third-party delivery services.

    5.3 Orders for takeaway must be picked up within the specified time. Unclaimed orders will not be refunded.

  • 6.1 Orders may be canceled or modified up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. After this time, orders are considered final and non-refundable.

    6.2 In case of dissatisfaction with our service or product, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion based on the circumstances.

  • 7.1 We aim to provide a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, intoxication, or disrespect toward staff and patrons, may result in removal from the premises.
